 Fusing folk and traditional music with a modern intensity, Fidra are recognised as one of the most exciting emerging acts on the Scottish folk scene. Fidra’s The Running Wave was nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year Award in 2025.

Bringing together musicians from across Scotland any beyond, they are known for their harmonious blend of distinctly Scottish folk music, combining traditional sounds with an indie-infused edge.
